Theodora is a licensed acupuncturist.She has undergone a complete course of acupuncture training with the British Academy of Western Medical Acupuncture in Liverpool.She is practicing medical acupuncture since 2014.

She is  also a fully qualified reflexologist after completing the Clinical Reflexology course by The Complementary Therapy School in Glasgow.

She is a full member of the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority and the Association of Reflexologists.
